Regarding FIXED Wellness Herbal Teas: All teas in the FIXED Wellness Collection are original proprietary and intellectual formulations created by Vanessa J. McCray. By purchasing these products you acknowledge and agree to the following:

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • Your payment information is accurate and complete.
  • You authorize C2:15 Boutique to charge the amount shown at checkout.

We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS

C2:15 Boutique offers a Subscribe & Save 15% option on all FIXED Wellness tea products.

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the following:

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically on your selected billing cycle.
  • You may cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time by contacting us at kingdombossmedia@gmail.com or through your account dashboard.
  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle.
  • We are not responsible for charges that occur when cancellation is submitted after the 48-hour window.
  • Subscription pricing is subject to change. We will notify you in advance of any pricing changes.

6. ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we begin processing immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellations after an order has entered the fulfillment process. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us at kingdombossmedia@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please note that shipping times may be extended during promotional sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

7. SHIPPING

Key shipping terms:

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders of $65 or more within the contiguous United States.
  • Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, C2:15 Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incomplete or incorrect address information.
  • We are unable to combine multiple separately placed orders into one shipment.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the consumable nature of our herbal wellness tea products, all tea sales are final. We cannot accept returns on opened or used tea products.

For apparel, books, and workbooks:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of this website or its content without express written permission from C2:15 Boutique.
  • Use The Fight Is Fixed® trademark or any confusingly similar name or mark without authorization.
  • Copy or recreate any FIXED Wellness tea blend formulations or claim ownership of any proprietary formulation developed by Vanessa McCray.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
