Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase a subscription from C2:15 Boutique, you will receive repeat deliveries of your chosen FIXED Wellness herbal tea blend. These deliveries are based on the subscription frequency you select at checkout — typically monthly.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance. Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel before your next scheduled billing date.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You can manage your subscription at any time. Your subscription confirmation email contains a link to your account portal where you can:

  • Skip an upcoming delivery
  • Swap your tea blend to a different FIXED Wellness product
  • Update your shipping address
  • Adjust your delivery frequency
  • Pause your subscription
  • Cancel your subscription

CANCELLATION WINDOW

You will receive a reminder email 3 days before your subscription renewal date. This gives you time to review your upcoming order and make any changes — including cancellation — before your order is processed.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal:

  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date
  • Once a subscription order has been processed and entered fulfillment, it cannot be modified or canceled
  • If you have received a shipping confirmation email, your order has already left our facility and cannot be stopped
  • We cannot guarantee cancellations submitted after the order has entered processing

Please note: If you do not cancel your subscription prior to your next scheduled billing date, your order will be processed, shipped, and charged. We will not issue a refund for subscription orders that have already been fulfilled. All processed tea subscription orders are final due to the consumable nature of herbal wellness products.

HOW TO CANCEL

You may cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:

Option 1 — Self-Service (Fastest) Log into your account portal at www.c215boutique.com and manage your subscription directly. Your subscription confirmation email also contains a direct link to your account portal.

Option 2 — Email Us Email: kingdombossmedia@gmail.com Subject line: SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION REQUEST Please include your name, order number, and the blend you are subscribed to.

We respond to all inquiries within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST. Please submit cancellation requests with enough lead time to ensure processing before your next billing date.

C2:15 Boutique's Subscribe & Save program offers 15% off all FIXED Wellness herbal tea blends when you subscribe. This discount applies automatically at checkout and on all recurring subscription orders.

  • 4 oz Jar: One-time $20 | Subscribe & Save 15%: $17/month
  • 8 oz Jar: One-time $30 | Subscribe & Save 15%: $25.50/month

The Subscribe & Save discount applies only while the subscription is active. If you cancel and purchase again as a one-time order, the full retail price applies.

PLEASE NOTE — HERBAL WELLNESS PRODUCTS

All FIXED Wellness herbal tea products are consumable items. Due to the nature of herbal products, all tea sales are final once shipped. We cannot accept returns on opened, used, or delivered tea products.

If your tea arrives damaged or there is an error with your subscription order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kingdombossmedia@gmail.com with a photo of the product and packaging and we will make it right.
