Please be advised that shipping may take longer than normal during a sale or promotional period. We offer express services so you can bypass the waiting game. We operate Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
PROCESSING TIME
Processing and shipping are two separate things — and both matter.
Processing is the time it takes for us to fill, pack, and prepare your order. Shipping begins when we hand your order to the carrier or when the carrier picks it up from us.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation number. This lets you know your order is in our system. Once your order ships, you will receive a second notification with your tracking information sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Processing times may be extended during:
- Promotional sales and clearance events
- High-volume periods and holidays
- New product launches or bundle drops

Important: If you place your order before 2:30 PM EST and select a FedEx Express option, your order will go out the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the next business day. FedEx Ground Economy does not ship on weekends.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
C2:15 Boutique ships internationally to select countries. International orders are subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

International shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal systems, and destination country regulations. C2:15 Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delivery failures, lost packages, or returned shipments due to incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses. This includes missing apartment numbers, incorrect zip codes, and unrecognized street names.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for paying the reshipping cost.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under the direct control of C2:15 Boutique. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been accepted by the carrier.
However, we will do everything we can to help:
- We can assist you in filing a claim with USPS, UPS, or FedEx on your behalf.
- Please contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date if your package has not arrived.
- For stolen packages, we recommend filing a report with your local police department and contacting your carrier directly.

ORDER COMBINING
We are unable to combine multiple separately placed orders into one shipment. Our shipping carriers calculate charges based on weight and dimensions, and combining orders can result in inaccurate shipping fees and fulfillment errors.
If you need to add items to an existing order that has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at kingdombossmedia@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you before the order enters fulfillment.
HERBAL TEA SHIPPING — SPECIAL NOTES
All FIXED Wellness teas are packaged with care to preserve freshness and formulation integrity.
- Please store your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight upon receipt.
- All tea sales are final — we cannot accept returns on opened or used herbal products.
- If your tea arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website:
